♡ i will not start on your piece until you pay
♡ due to health issues, it may take me up to a month to complete your commission. if you do not get the initial sketch back in two weeks, feel free to check in. although, turn around time is usually a few daysPAYMENT
♡ payment is in usd through paypal. fees are covered by me
♡ prices cannot be negotiated
♡ you do not need to provide an address, as all commissions are digitalCHANGES, REFUNDS
♡ if i cannot start on the work for whatever reason, you will receive a full refund. if i'm unable to finish the work for whatever reason, a partial refund will be given depending on how much work has been done
♡ for shaded comms, you'll be sent a sketch of the pose first-- this is the only time ill be willing to make major changes to the posing. then, you'll be sent the lineart, during which is that last opportunity to do minor changes to pose and major changes to expression/clothing/hair. you will finally be sent a coloured piece with graphic design elements, during which you can make changes to colours, missing parts, and graphic design elements (or background is applicable). i will only change things two times per step, but you can make multiple changes at once (this is to protect myself from scams/protect my sanity)USAGE
♡ i retain the rights to the images i produce, i'm being paid to draw them, not transfer the rights. however, i do not use commissions for things such as merchandise
♡ you are not permitted to use my work commercially (merch, promotional material, monetised video or streaming assets ((with the exception of chibis that have paid the fee)), etc) or in anything associated with nfts or blockchain
♡ you are allowed to make things for personal use using my art (website themes, headers, dividers, icons). uploading commissions to a site such as redbubble or wooacry is fine, just please show me when you get the merch!
♡ i am permitted to use any commission in my portfolio or on social media
♡ work will be posted to various social media (twitter, tumblr, da, bsky, tiktok, insta, etc)
♡ non-sketch commissions come with a psd. this psd includes the drawing separate from any filters or background elements. please let me know if you need an alternate file type (i can also do .sai and .pdn)
♡ you are permitted to post commissions on social media/use them with credit
♡ edits such as stickers/frames or colour adjustments are fine, but please ask permission before making any major edits to my work
♡ it is perfectly fine to rig and animate your commission, either yourself or through commission, as long as it's not used for any commercial purpose listed above. i just need to be credited when posting it, and please show me!

USAGE

♡ you are not allowed to use my designs in merchandise. you are allowed to commission art of them
♡ resale is allowed, but not for more than the initially purchased price unless you add art
♡ you are not allowed to use my art or designs in anything having to do with NFTs or blockchain
♡ you cannot claim the design as your own. if making a toyhou.se profile, i must be credited as the creator (toyhou.se/viscera)
♡ no whitewashing unless the characters already pale. you are allowed to make skintones darker or more saturated

PRICE BREAKDOWN
♡ full body (required) $40 (shaded) or $30 (flat)
♡ detailed headshot/expression (extra) +$15 (shaded) or +$10 (flat) per headshot

♡ customs are a way for you to get a cherryviscera flavour design with your own personal taste and preferences added. i will turn down customs if i feel like i cannot make them within my style or aesthetics. you must provide some physical traits you have in mind for the character and preferably a mood board of some kind
♡ i will not start on your custom until you pay

♡ i will send an uncoloured lineart of an initial design first. you can make as many changes and adjustments to the design as you want, however i would prefer if you made multiple changes in one go. you can also ask me to give multiple examples for certain traits to feel out how you want the design to look. i will not make changes to the lineart once this step is completed.
♡ after the lineart is confirmed, i will do flats for colouring. i will send you the flats and you can make any adjustments you want and ask for multiple examples if needed. changes to colour can be made at any time before the custom is completed.
♡ if you have paid for a detailed headshot it will simply be drawn and completed. if you have paid for expression headshots, i will send a lineart of the expression, at which point you can make changes, and then i will colour themUSAGE

♡ you are allowed to make merchandise for customs as long as "cherryviscera" is credited for the design on any online store
♡ resale is allowed, but not for more than the initial price unless art is added
♡ you are not allowed to use my art or designs in anything having to do with NFTs or blockchain
♡ you cannot claim the design as your own. if making a toyhou.se profile, i must be credited as the designer (toyhou.se/viscera). you will be credited as the creator for the character
♡ as they are basically wholly your character, you can make any changes to the design that you want
♡ you are not permitted to make zoo/r*pe kink/inc*st kink/lolisho content with my customsPAYMENT
