i can do pairs in very simple poses but it will be double the base priceif you think my prices are too low, but can't afford to tip, please don't be shy. i'm very quick at drawing and my prices are by the average amount of time it would take me to complete a mediumly-complicated design with some wiggle room. i don't have an income so money is money! see the contact section for other ways to support me!

♡ i can turn down a commission for any reason
♡ i will not start on your piece until you pay
♡ for non-sketch commissions, you'll be sen the sketch before i continue to work so any adjustments can be made. i will not make big changes after this
♡ due to health issues, it may take me up to a month to complete your commission. if you do not get the initial sketch back in two weeks, feel free to check inPAYMENT
♡ payment is in usd through paypal. fees are covered by me.
♡ prices cannot be negotiated
♡ you do not need to provide an address, as all commissions are digital
♡ if a design is particularly complicated, the commission will cost more, and this will be discussed beforehandCHANGES, REFUNDS
♡ if i cannot start on the work for whatever reason, you will receive a full refund. if i'm unable to finish the work for whatever reason, a partial refund will be given depending on how much work has been done
♡ design errors on my part will be corrected free of charge whenever
♡ after completion, i will make two changes free of charge. this means you can ask for several minor changes at one time, twice

♡ i retain the rights to the images i produce, i'm being paid to draw them, not transfer the rights
♡ you are not permitted to use my work commercially (merch, promotional material, monetised video or streaming assets, oc resale value, etc) or in anything associated with nfts or blockchain
♡ you are allowed to make things for personal use using my art. uploading commissions to a site such as redbubble privately to make a print or a tshirt is fine, just please show me!
♡ i am permitted to use any commission in my portfolio or in social media
♡ if you commission fanart, i retain the rights to produce merch of it unless otherwise stated
♡ work will be posted to various social media (twitter, tumblr, da, etc)
♡ you are permitted to post commissions on social media/use them with credit
♡ simple edits like twibbons/icondecotters or colour adjustments are fine, but please ask permission before making any major edits to my work
♡ it is perfectly fine to rig and animate your commission, either yourself or through commission, as long as it's not used for any commercial purpose listed above. i just need to be credited when posting it, and please show me!
USAGE
♡ i retain the right to use my initial art as promo material for commission posts/in my portfolio
♡ you are not allowed to use my designs in merchandise. you are allowed to commission art of them
♡ resale is allowed, but not for more than the initially purchased price unless you add art
♡ you are not allowed to use my art or designs in anything having to do with NFTs or blockchain
♡ you cannot claim the design as your own. if making a toyhou.se profile, i must be credited as the creator (toyhou.se/viscera)
♡ no whitewashing. you are allowed to make skintones darker or more saturatedPAYMENT
